Email marketing is one of the commonly used marketing methods. It is so widely used that it is getting harder to convert your leads to customers.
Why? Because first of all, most of your mails will be treated as spam and never actually be delivered to your leads' email boxes.
So you have to know, how to go through the email spam rules before writing your emails.
There are some basic rules. For example, you have to avoid using so called "spam word" in your emails. Some of them are so commonly used that lots of email marketers not even realize them as spam:

* chance
* opportunity
* team
* lock
* result
* guide
Some of them are typically used to promote casino related products but treated as spam:
* casino
* roulette
* winning
* odds
* jackpot
But what to do if you want to write something that you have to use these spam words. There are some simple ways:
1. use typo words instead, and you have to make sure your audience will still understand them. For example, you can use "oddz" instead of "odds", use "roulete" instead of "roulette".
2. use synonyms to replace them. For example, you can use "incredible" instead of "exciting", use "group" instead of "team".
3. use hyphen (-) in between. For example, you can use "jack-pot" instead of "jackpot", use "win-ning" instead of "winning".
There are many other ways to go through email spam rules. You just have to be a little bit creative.
Best of all, if someone has already prepared some pre-written emails, which have proved to be very effective to reach the targeted audiences, why not just use theirs!
